Shipping policy

Destinations

We currently only ship to Belgium, but we might support shipping to neighbouring countries in the future.

Processing and shipping

We do not offer backorders of items at the time. If your order contains pre-orders, please note that we will ship your order when all items are available. If you wish for in stock items to be shipped sooner, please place two separate orders.

For in stock items, we aim to ship all orders the day after they were placed.

Insurance and tracking

We currently only offer shipping that is tracked and insured. As trading card products can be very valuable, this means you can rest assured that even in an unfortuante scenario, your investment is safe. All shipments will be handled by BPost.

Scheduled pickup

We do not yet have a phycisal store, but you can schedule a pickup at our location, if you indicate that you want to pick up your order, we will contact you when your order is ready for pickup to schedule a time that works for you and us. We are located right next to the train station, so you can easily reach us by public transport.

Return Policy

Customers within the EU are entitled to their right of withdrawal (“herroepingsrecht”) and may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

However, to ensure product integrity and fair treatment of all customers, we do not accept returns of sealed card products and singles such as:

– booster packs
– booster boxes
– any collectible card products with tamper-evident packaging
– custom orders of non-graded singles

Once delivered (whether or not packs/boxes were opened or unsealed) we cannot verify whether their contents have been altered or if boxes or packs have been resealed. For this reason we hope you understand that we cannot accept returns for these products. The only exception we could make on this is if you reject delivery of these items and they are shipped back to us without ever having been delivered.

Any other returned products (card game accessories, anime figures, …) must be in original condition and packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
